EPFO Form 5A - Return of Ownership
In compliance with the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) directive (Circular No. Compliance/U/P78/2022/Advocacy/55643/13179, dated 07 October 2025), we are required to publicly display Form 5A both at our workplace and on our website.
What is Form 5A?
Form 5A, officially known as the "Return of Ownership," is an automatically generated document by the EPFO system when a company registers on the EPFO Employer Portal. It contains complete establishment details including registered name, ownership, management, EPF code, date of coverage, branch information, and the concerned EPFO Regional Office details.
